I am so thankful to have been apart of Gene and Jill's wedding, not only as a photographer, but also as a friend. A magical day and beautiful couple, whose love can be seen simply in the way they look at one another. Gene and I have been great friends for just over a year, and I was honored to be apart of their celebration. Gene and Jill, you two are the best and we all love you! I also had the opportunity again to work with my friend and awesome video man Matt Brue of Capture Studios.
Because I rarely post weddings, this is going to be a long one. You can view Gene and Jill's entire wedding story here.

When my friends Spencer and Alex got engaged back in February, I couldn't have been any happier for them. Spencer and I have been great friends for over a year, and not only did I shoot their engagement pictures back in may (view it here) but I actually helped him plan his proposal and lived in the same house for a couple months leading up to his wedding. Over the summer months as you can guess, our friendship strengthened and became something I never would have guessed a year ago. Seeing him with Alex makes me ecstatic because the two just couldn't be more perfect for each other, in fact I don't think I've actually seen them without smiles when they are together.
Their wedding took place in San Diego, just south of La Jolla. It is here that myself and videographer Matt Brue from Capture Studios also did the day after shoot. Because I was apart of the wedding, I only shot a few moments of the actual day, which I hope to post eventually. Until then, enjoy these images from our afternoon along the Pacific Coast, and don't forget to check out Matt Brue's incredible video work.
Colin...yeah, up late, so I guess I get the first look at these. :-) And, wow, totally amazing!!! Seriously, you captured Spence and Alex so beautifully and I can just hear their laughter and feel like I'm there! What a beautiful pair! Are you shooting the instants with the Fuji Instax? Love that cam!
