With the launch of Eliesa's new workshop Elevate and pending launch of her commercial campaign, she asked me to shoot some personal images of her. After knowing her and being inspired by her personality and kick-ass mentality for the past year, it was an honor to have the opportunity to shoot something this cool, especially for another photographer and great friend. In light of the recent eight inches of snow we got here in Minneapolis, I felt it was timely to show a wake session I shot with riders Josh Tranby and Mike Liddle on the fall equinox back at the end of September. It's always fun rushing that last hour of sunlight to get all the shots you can, as well as seeing Mike and Josh working in as many passes as possible. We had a great time on the makeshift "pontoon rail" that the boys constructed.
